Watching

Follow piles without owning them

Watching will let you keep an eye on piles created by other workspace members or shared with you from another workspace — without taking on the reviewer role. You'll see new comments, status changes, and resolutions in your activity feed, and you can jump into any watched pile from this view.

• Every workspace member can already see every pile in their workspace from All piles.
• Piles needing a decision show up in your Inbox.
• Pile activity across the workspace is in Activity.

Why it's not here yet

The schema doesn't have a watch relation yet. Adding one cleanly means a new pile_watchers table + a list endpoint + UI for opting in. We're shipping it in the next pile-permissions pass.
